JAMO AVR-693 for Computer Audio

Hi,

I've just received my new amp and I'm having trouble getting sound out of it from my computer.

I've have the optical out from the PC connected to optical 1 input. I have the speakers setup (front, surround, sub).

Now on the PC there is a test mode where you can test DTS audio and Dolby digital. When I do this test I DO get sound out of each of the 4 speakers, so I'm pretty sure my connections and setup are ok. The problem is when I start a game, or play music, there is no sound.

On the display of the amp the DD is lit red. My guess is that the amp is trying to interpret my digital input as some form of dolby encoding, but my PC is just putting out PCM. But thats just a guess....

Also the display says sp/dif unlock... whatever that means.

Can anyone help me to get this working? Basically I want to be able to use the surround amp for PC games audio.
