Projector Benq HT1075 dust blobs in dark scenes

Hi,

I registered to this site today. So please let me know, if i am posting at wrong place or doing anything wrong.

I have a question for projector.
Projector: Benq HT1075 (DLP)
Story: After smooth use of 3200 hours (in 2 years), the lamp red light started coming up and projector use to go to off. Before making mind that the bulb is really gone, I dared to make sure by googling and opening up the unit thou i am not expert in elec/mech things. i removed the lamp hosing first and then unscrewed/opened up the case . I dusted of the dust by brush and hair drier :-(on fans and hair dryer blowed air in entire unit. I reassembled the unit (and that was not easy, i have press some place hard to get proper assembly) and to my surprise the projector red light issue is gone and projector is working fine. I tested with lot of use without red light reappearing.

However in the process i left lot of dust somewhere I don’t know (hence this post). The dust are clearly visible on screen if i fade (mess up) the focus. If i fix the focus/zoom, day/bright scenes have no problem however i get circular blobs in the very dark scenes.

Pictures attached: I googled but i didn’t get what i was looking for. The google helped me in opening up the unit, but why did they failed to mention to be extra careful for dust in lamp.

What I am looking for: the tips for cleaning and removing dust from either my model or similar model like W1070. I read the terms (DMD, mirror, DLP chip, "behind the lamp", "inside the lamp"), but I don’t know where they are. Can anyone be king enough to give to step by step with picture if possible. I already cleaned lens from outside with glasses cleaner.

Thanks
