I have a 2-row seating arrangement in my basement home theater; I have 7 total seats, with the rear 3 on a wooden-framed riser with carpet installed onto it. I have two subwoofers currently.
I have a few questions:
1. Spec-wise, the Clark TST209 seems like the best bang/buck by far. But the ADX Maximus doesn't have good specs listed, like the lbs-ft. Is the Clark one of the best out there? Is there any reason to need something more powerful?
2. I have that wooden floor riser. Any reason one (or two) wouldn't be enough for that row?
2. I have some older pro amps I would like to use. Do you think it's possible I could stick one of them inside the of the riser box safely, or is that going to cook my amp? (Of course I would have to figure out triggering from there, so it may end up being easier to just run speaker wire after all.)
Thanks!
