I’m selling my house in South Carolina and I have a DIY home theater that my dad did the electrical work in. It was an unfinished bonus room over a garage that we finished without pulling permits. My question is how do I go about pulling electrical permits after the fact? What are the steps? Or should I tear it down back to the unfinished bonus room. What’s best bang for buck?
